Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. When timing begins
Production and delivery estimates generally begin only after TPC has received all required payment, final artwork, proof approval, size and quantity information, shipping details, and other requested inputs. Delays in approval or information can move the estimated date.
2. Estimates and rush commitments
Production and transit dates are estimates unless TPC expressly guarantees a date in writing in the accepted order on a reasonable basis. A requested event date is not itself a guarantee. Rush service is subject to capacity, product availability, carrier service, and a separately accepted charge. Tell us the true in-hand date and any event dependency before approval. TPC will provide any delay notice, choice, consent, or refund required by applicable law.
3. Methods and charges
Available methods may include local pickup, UPS, USPS, another carrier, or an approved freight service. Options and charges are shown at checkout or in the quote when available. TPC may select a commercially reasonable equivalent service if the quoted service is unavailable, provided a material price or timing change is approved.
4. Addresses and delivery
You are responsible for a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring someone can receive the shipment when necessary. Address corrections, redelivery, storage, residential, lift-gate, inside-delivery, or other carrier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete instructions may be passed through after notice.
Carrier tracking is evidence of shipment, not a guarantee of delivery by a particular time. Contact TPC promptly if tracking shows an exception or delivery you cannot locate.
5. Split shipments and backorders
An order may ship in parts when disclosed or reasonably necessary. TPC will communicate a material backorder or split shipment and any material additional charge before proceeding. If a product becomes unavailable, we may propose a substitute or cancellation/refund for the affected item; we will not make a material substitution without approval.
6. Damage, shortage, and loss
Inspect packages and goods promptly. Preserve packaging and report visible damage, shortage, or apparent loss within 7 calendar days under the Returns, Reprints, and Cancellations Policy. Photographs and carrier documentation may be required. Prompt notice protects investigation and carrier recovery, but the seven-day period is not an automatic forfeiture of latent or otherwise nonwaivable claims. TPC will assist with a valid carrier claim when appropriate, but a carrier's investigation may affect timing.
Risk of loss passes as stated in the accepted order and applicable law. This Policy does not waive nonwaivable consumer rights.
7. Local pickup
Pickup availability and location must be confirmed before travel. The person collecting an order may be asked for the order number, identification, or written authorization. Orders not collected after reasonable notice may incur storage or reshipment charges disclosed in advance.
8. International shipments
International availability is not guaranteed. Unless the accepted order states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, local restrictions, and delays. TPC will not mark a shipment inaccurately or misstate its value. International returns and replacements require advance authorization.
9. Events beyond reasonable control
TPC is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, disaster, labor or supplier disruption, carrier interruption, customs, government action, utility or network failure, or other events beyond reasonable control. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of a material delay and discuss available options.
