Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Total Promotion Company LLC ("TPC") uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies on websites and services that link to this Policy.
1. What these technologies do
Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Pixels and tags can recognize visits or interactions. Local storage can retain settings on a device. These technologies may be set by TPC (first party) or by another provider (third party), and may last only for a session or for a longer period.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Examples observed or expected on TPC sites | Default treatment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sessions, account access, carts, checkout, security, load balancing, form and bot protection | Session/cart cookies, security cookies, reCAPTCHA | Active because needed to provide the requested service |
| Functional | Remember choices and enable optional features or embedded tools | Preference settings, review or support widgets | Consent where required |
| Analytics | Measure visits, performance, and use so we can improve the Services | Google Analytics, when enabled | Nationwide opt-in; blocked until affirmative analytics consent |
| Advertising | Measure campaigns, create audiences, or deliver interest-based ads | Google Ads and Meta are not active in the baseline configuration | Disabled unless a separate legal, vendor, consent, notice, implementation, and testing review is completed |
Specific cookie names, providers, and lifetimes can vary by Service and can change when the Services or providers are updated. We periodically review the inventory and update our controls and notices.
TPC uses nationwide opt-in for all nonessential analytics and advertising. Google tags remain blocked before an affirmative analytics choice, and analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are denied before any measurement command. An analytics choice may grant only analytics_storage; the three advertising signals remain denied because advertising is not active in the baseline launch.
3. Your choices
Use the site's Cookie Settings, Cookie preferences, or Your Privacy Choices control to accept or reject non-essential categories. The main TPC site offers Accept Analytics, Reject Non-Essential, and Settings with comparable prominence; platform-hosted storefronts provide equivalent accept, reject, and preference controls. If advertising is later activated, settings will preserve separate Analytics and Advertising choices. You may also change browser settings, delete stored cookies, or use supported platform controls. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent accounts, carts, checkout, or forms from working.
TPC recognizes a qualifying Global Privacy Control or universal opt-out signal as an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising and rejects all nonessential tags. Other browser "Do Not Track" signals are not uniform; we respond to signals when law requires and the signal communicates an applicable preference.
Clearing cookies, changing browsers, or using another device may require you to set your choices again.
4. Third-party technologies
Third parties may process information under their own privacy notices. TPC configures contracts and controls to limit providers to approved purposes. Links to provider opt-out tools supplement, but do not replace, TPC's own consent and opt-out controls.
5. Retention
Cookie duration is limited to what is reasonably necessary for its purpose. If GA4 is enabled, event- and user-level data retention is capped at 14 months; Google Signals, advertising personalization, remarketing, user-provided data, enhanced conversions, and advertising integrations remain disabled. TPC does not activate GA4 unless network testing confirms that prohibited personal, order, form, artwork, proof, or sensitive data is not transmitted. GA4 retention and browser-cookie lifetime are separate controls.
6. Updates and contact
We may update this Policy as technologies or laws change. The effective date will show the latest version.
