Privacy Policy
Total Promotion Company LLC ("TPC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit or use a TPC website, storefront, design tool, quote form, account, checkout, customer portal, or other service that links to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy does not apply to a third party's website or service that has its own privacy policy. If you use a customer- or organization-sponsored storefront, that organization may also decide how some information is used; contact the organization for its practices.
This Policy applies to TPC-controlled websites and storefronts that link to it. VegasDTF operates through Total Promotion Company and is not a separate legal entity.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and account information, such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing and billing addresses, company or organization, account credentials, and communication preferences.
- Quote, order, and commercial information, such as products, quantities, sizes, colors, decoration methods, delivery dates, transaction history, proofs, approvals, customer-service records, and related project details.
- Payment and billing information. Payment-card and financing information is generally collected and processed by payment providers. We may receive limited information such as billing address, payment status, transaction identifiers, and the last digits or type of a payment method.
- Artwork and other content, such as logos, designs, photographs, names, messages, personalization data, uploaded files, reviews, and instructions you submit for a quote or order.
- Communications, including messages, call details, form submissions, support requests, survey responses, and marketing preferences. We do not use this Policy to authorize recording a call without any consent required by law.
- Device and online activity information, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, searches, clicks, session identifiers, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and interactions with emails or advertisements.
- Inferences and preferences, such as likely product interests or marketing audiences derived from your activity.
- Other information you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and requested for your transaction.
2. How we collect information
We collect information:
- directly from you, your employer, or the person placing an order for a group;
- automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, logs, and similar technologies;
- from service providers and business partners, such as payment providers, shipping carriers, marketing and analytics providers, customer relationship tools, fraud-prevention providers, and product or decoration suppliers;
- from customer-sponsored stores, organizations, referrals, or publicly available sources, where permitted by law; and
- when another person submits information about you for a group order, shipment, or personalized item. The submitting person is responsible for having authority to provide it.
3. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, create proofs, process orders, decorate products, arrange fulfillment, provide customer service, and manage returns or reprints;
- create and administer accounts, carts, customer storefronts, and order history;
- process payments, taxes, financing, fraud checks, refunds, and accounting records;
- communicate about quotes, approvals, production, shipments, service notices, and policy changes;
- personalize the Services and remember preferences;
- measure, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Services and our operations;
- prevent fraud, misuse, infringement, and security incidents;
- send marketing where permitted, measure campaigns, and present interest-based advertising subject to your choices;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests; and
- evaluate or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or similar corporate transaction.
We may aggregate or deidentify information and use it for lawful purposes. We will not attempt to reidentify information we maintain as deidentified unless permitted by law.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Vendors and service providers that support hosting, order management, customer service, communications, payments, fraud prevention, data storage, security, analytics, and other business operations.
- Suppliers, decorators, and fulfillment partners that source, produce, package, or fulfill an order.
- Payment, financing, and transaction providers that process a purchase or requested payment option.
- Carriers and logistics providers that deliver orders.
- Analytics and advertising partners that help measure use of the Services or deliver and evaluate advertising.
- Professional advisers and insurers, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurance providers.
- Authorities and other parties for legal reasons when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or the integrity of the Services.
- Parties to a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections when applicable.
- A customer-sponsored organization when you use its storefront or when disclosure is necessary to administer its program.
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some uses of advertising cookies or similar technologies may, however, be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain state privacy laws. See the U.S. State Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy for details and opt-out options.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as sessions, accounts, carts, security, and form protection. We use nonessential analytics only as described below and subject to your choices.
TPC uses nationwide opt-in for all nonessential analytics and advertising. Before any measurement command, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization initialize as denied. Analytics may run only after an affirmative analytics choice. Google Ads, Meta, and other behavioral-advertising technology are not active in the baseline configuration. Any later activation requires an updated vendor, data-flow, consent, GPC, notice, and testing review.
You can use the site's cookie settings and browser controls, and you may send a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control. A qualifying GPC or recognized universal opt-out signal rejects all nonessential tags and keeps sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, and advertising signals denied. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
When GA4 is enabled, it may run only after network testing confirms that it does not collect before affirmative analytics consent, after rejection, after withdrawal, or under the GPC rule. Google Signals, advertising personalization, remarketing, user-provided data, enhanced conversions, and advertising integrations remain disabled. TPC does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses, linkable order numbers, form contents, artwork data, proof text, or sensitive information to GA4.
6. Your choices
- Marketing email: TPC may use an existing-customer marketing program where permitted. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. We may still send non-marketing messages about an account, quote, order, or legal notice.
- Text messages: Reply STOP to stop recurring marketing texts and HELP for help, if TPC operates such a program. See the Mobile Messaging Terms.
- Cookies and targeted advertising: Use the site's privacy or cookie settings and supported browser controls. Clearing cookies may reset your preferences.
- Account information: Sign in, if available, or contact us to request an update.
- State privacy rights: Residents of certain states may have additional rights described in the U.S. State Privacy Notice.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information in light of its nature and our operations. No method of transmission, storage, or security is guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use unique credentials, protect your account, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, complete transactions, maintain production and approval records, comply with tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect legal rights. Retention depends on the type and sensitivity of information, the relationship, operational need, and legal requirements. We delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup and legal-retention cycles.
If GA4 is enabled, TPC caps event- and user-level data retention at 14 months. This does not replace the record-specific schedule that covers orders, quotes, proofs, artwork, uploads, abandoned carts, payments, accounts, consents, marketing suppression, analytics, privacy requests, security logs, and communications evidence. Deletion may be suspended only for a documented legal hold or a specific continuing legal or operational need.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 through the Services. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Adults submitting personalization information about minors must have authority to do so.
10. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites, payment options, design tools, social networks, or embedded content. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.
11. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state and applicable law, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, appeal a denial, and receive equal service. These rights are subject to exceptions and verification. Our U.S. State Privacy Notice explains how to submit a request.
The current configuration honors qualifying opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, by rejecting all nonessential tags and keeping sale-, sharing-, targeted-advertising, and advertising-signal uses denied.
12. International visitors
TPC is based in the United States, and the Services are U.S.-focused. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We evaluate applicable privacy, consumer, tax, shipping, and transfer requirements before intentionally expanding the Services to another country.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, Services, or law. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
