Total Promotion Company Return Policy

At Total Promotion Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom products to our valued customers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all orders are considered final upon purchase. We are committed to ensuring that every item meets the exact specifications provided at the time of order.

Final Sale on Custom Products
All sales of custom-made products are final. Once an order has been placed and approved, no cancellations, modifications, or returns will be accepted. This includes but is not limited to customized apparel, promotional items, and any other personalized products.

Errors or Misprints
In the rare event that there is an error or misprint attributable to Total Promotion Company, we stand by our commitment to quality. If we determine that the mistake was our fault, we will either:

  • Redo the order to correct the issue, or
  • Offer a full refund for the affected items.

To report an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or other documentation to help us assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
